   Gently rinse the lenses under lukewarm water to remove dust, salt, or debris. Avoid hot water, which can damage lens coatings.
2. Use a Lens-Safe Cleaner
   Apply a small amount of lens-safe cleaning solution or mild dish soap. Never use household cleaners like Windex or alcohol—they can degrade anti-fog and anti-reflective coatings.
3. Clean with Your Fingers
   Using clean fingertips, gently rub the lenses in circular motions. Be sure to clean both sides thoroughly.
4. Rinse Again

   Make sure your hands are clean and dry to avoid transferring oils or debris onto the frame or lenses.
2. Identify the Wire-Core Section
   Locate the adjustable portion of the temple arms—typically the last few inches near the ear. This section contains a bendable wire core.
3. Make Small Adjustments
   Using both hands, gently bend the temple arms inward or outward to adjust the grip around your head. You can also curve them slightly downward behind the ears for a more secure hold.
4. Check Helmet Compatibility
