Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. If your lenses don't match your prescription, we'll fix it fast.

📩 How to Start

Email us at customercare@maskoptix.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
