Program Participation: Customer agrees that all purchases will be made through MaskOptix.com or brand channels officially designated by MaskOptix.
Payment Terms: Initial purchases must be finalized at time of order execution by approved method. Domestic accounts: credit card only. International accounts: credit card or wire routing; customer remains solely responsible for wire fees.
Discount Code: A unique tracking code will be assigned upon legal execution and must be used to claim all program benefits. Retail end customers receive $20 off qualifying orders when the code is applied at checkout.
Rebate Program: Customer will receive a 35% performance rebate on qualifying frame sales where their custom code is verified. Rebates are paid within 90 days of closing the sales calendar month and strictly exclude returns, tax, or shipping adjustments.
Suspension & Modification: MaskOptix reserves the exclusive right to suspend, modify, or terminate the tracking code or program participation privileges at any time due to policy non-compliance.
Intellectual Property: All MaskOptix intellectual property, patents, and technical media assets remain its sole property. Customer is granted a limited, non-transferable right to use materials solely for program marketing and trade promotion.
Limitation of Liability: MaskOptix shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Total cumulative liability under this document shall not exceed actual rebates earned by the applicant under this active Agreement.
